Sevenoaks Bunnies Sales Policy

Please read the Terms of Sale below before agreeing to purchase a rabbit from us.

Once we have decided which baby rabbits we would like to keep in the bunny shed at Sevenoaks Bunnies, any available bunnies will be advertised on the Bunnies For Sale page and we will contact anyone on our waiting list as a priority.

Sevenoaks Bunnies reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone that we feel would not provide an appropriate home and care that the bunny deserves.

We will not sell a rabbit to anyone under the age of 18 years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please do all your own research and make sure you are well prepared. Bunnies are a 10+ year commitment. They require constant care, attention and ongoing costs.

Babies will be ready for new homes from the age of 8-10 weeks onwards and no sooner.

We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the bunny for you. We will then require the complete payment before or upon collection.

Baby bunnies can be reserved from 3 - 4 weeks old with a deposit. Available adult bunnies can be reserved to an agreed time period with a deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable unless the bunny becomes unavailable for any reason, such as ill health.

Any reserved bunnies that do not have a confirmed collection date by 8 weeks of age or a missed collection date with no other prior arrangements, will be made available for sale again immediately and the deposit will be non-refundable.

Boarding fees may apply if babies are not collected by 10 weeks of age.

Prices for all rabbits will be clearly stated on the sales page. To buy one of our rabbits, we accept PayPal, bank transfers or cash.

We will aim to determine the sex of babies before they are advertised and although we ensure to check regularly before they leave us, we do not take responsibility for any mistakes or misjudgements.

We also try our best to determine the colour of the bunny - although we try to be as accurate as possible with the correct definition of the rabbit's colour, we do not take responsibility for any mistakes or misjudgements.

All bunnies will come with a special bunny bundle which includes a birth certificate, pedigree information, care guide, food supply list, a toy, treats, a small bag of food, information, support and advice that will help to ensure a smooth transition for you and your new bunny.

Please remember to bring a suitable pet carrier or ventilated box to safely transport your bunny home. No matter how far you have travelled, we won't allow you to take the rabbit home sitting on your lap. If you notify us beforehand we can prepare a carrier for you, with an additional charge.

We do accept pet couriers. Please get in touch with us to discuss options and prices. If you want to book this yourself, you must inform us of any courier bookings before confirming any details with a courier. You will need to cover all courier costs. Sevenoaks Bunnies will not be held responsible for any courier services.

All rabbits will leave Sevenoaks Bunnies in the best health to our knowledge. We will provide new owners with a supply of food for the change-over period so that they won't get any upset tummies. Once a bunny has left Sevenoaks Bunnies, we will not be held responsible for any ill health that may occur and we will not offer a refund or replacement. A rabbit will not leave unless we are 100% happy with its health and happiness. We provide a care and advice sheet with each rabbit sold but recommend that Veterinary advice should be sought if you have any concerns in regards to the health of your pet.

Vaccinations and worming treatments are the new owner’s responsibility. It is advisable that your bunny is registered with your chosen vet to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

We occasionally have other adult rabbits for sale that were not originally bred here at Sevenoaks Bunnies. We will provide all the information that we have about its history and background, but as we did not breed the bunny, you must not hold any blame against us if you are later unsatisfied with the rabbit for any reason.

We will offer unlimited help and advice and if for any reason the new owner can't look after the rabbit anymore we will try our best take it back if we have space or we will help find a new home. Please never hesitate to get back in touch with us for this reason.
